Our ordering policies and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes that our made to our policies will be posted to this page, so bookmark it and check it often before placing an order. Please note, purchases placed direct to Losfer Words Records only ship to the USA. Customers outside the USA please visit http://www.cdbaby.com/losferwords or contact us for special ordering information and export pricing.

CDs: All CD sales are final, no returns or exchanges allowed.

All CD's are warranted to be free from defect.
If you receive a CD and it will not play contact us within 30 DAYS of your receipt of your Shipping Confirmation Email's date for a return authorization number to send the disk back with and we will replace the disk. Additional shipping fees may apply for replaced discs.
Disks that have been damaged by consumer negligence or misuse will not be replaced.

Payment, Shipping and Delivery Policies:
SHIPPING: All Orders are shipped via USPS. Please note we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, you must have a shipping address that will accept USPS priority or certified receipt mail for shipping tracking. Customers outside of the USA please contact us for export prices and availability.

DELIVERY: DELIVERY FOR CDs: Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery to USA addresses, 8-12 weeks for delivery outside of the USA.
We do not ship overnite since we verify all orders ( check, money orders, paypal, and credit card) in order to prevent fraudelent orders and this process sometimes may take up to 2-4 weeks to validate.

MULTIPLE ITEMS: Orders with multiple items/cd titles will not ship until all items are instock.

PAYMENT: Online orders are processed securely by www.paypal.com and we accept all major credit cards. It is NOT necessary for you to have a paypal account or to be a verified paypal user to use our online order processing.
You will be given an option to choose to pay with any major credit card
or through your PayPal account when you click the "Order Online" buttons on our site.
We do not accept personal checks for mail orders.
